This city is beautiful, but it’s not my home. I can’t afford a house here, and my children can’t go to school here. I have been working away for many years, and it feels like home is just like a hotel. I can only stay home for a few days during the New Year. Kid is about to start school, and if I continue working away, he will become a left-behind child.

“Previously, I worked in Kunshan, but considering the need to take care of my child, I chose to work at Deheng, a company closer to home, so I can go home every day, see my child, and hear her laughter.
以前我在昆山打工，考虑到照顾小孩，就选择了来离家近的德恒公司上班，因为每天都可以回家看到孩子，听到她们的笑声。
I feel that working away from home is not a long-term solution, so I decided to join Deheng. Before, I only came home once or twice a year, but now I can go home every day and be with my child.”
我觉得在外面打工不长久，所以选择加入德恒，以前一年才回来一两次家，现在可以天天回家和孩子一起。
